Fundraising Opportunity!
This is an opportunity for you/your child to earn money toward the trip - and your child can participate in the show as well!
To receive credit for guests you invite, please add their names to this form. You will receive $5 for each child who attends the show, and $10 for each adult. Tickets can be purchased at the door only. The list you submit on the form will be compared to the list of people who attend, and the funds will be deposited in your NYC account.
